How can I pay?
We currently accept most common forms of payment. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and American Express. In addition you can pay by cheque or cash if you so desire. All payments are processed via PayPal's secure payment gateway.
Are my payment details secure?
We utilise PayPal, the world's leading payment provider, to process all orders. All sensitive payment information is handled by PayPal and therefore TV Electronics doesn't have access or retain any such information. In addition our site uses the highest standard of data encryption courtesy of Geotrust 256-bit SSL security certificate. This ensures all data is securely transmitted whenever you're browsing our site.
When will my card be charged for my order?
We only process card payments once your order has been processed and ready to be dispatched. This ensures your card is not debited until we are ready to send your goods.
How is my personal information handled?
All customer details are kept confidential and not shared with any third party, except obviously for payment processing purposes. So you can be assured that you will not receive unsolicited emails or telephone calls from any other company. We also do not bombard our customers with emails and you will only receive contact from us for major announcements or if you have signed up to receive our newsletter.
Do I get a VAT receipt with my order?
If you require a VAT receipt please mention this in the 'Order Comments' box during checkout.
How quickly can you deliver?
Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes this means next day provided the order is received before 12pm and the following day is a not a weekend. However as a typical guideline it's 2-4 working days. The delivery of larger items like 4K TV's and kitchen appliances are handled by our in house team and these are scheduled on a time delivery basis. In this instance we'll provide you with a 2 hour delivery time slot so that you know exactly when your order is being delivered meaning that you don't have to wait in all day to receive your goods.
What delivery area do you cover?
Currently we only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately this means locations such as Isle of Mann, Isle of White, and Scottish Highlands etc. are not within our delivery area. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for delivery please contact us before ordering.
What if my product is faulty?
If your product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. For any faults that develop within the first 30 days of your purchase date we will either provide you with a replacement unit or if none is available a full refund. For products that exhibit a fault after this date but within the manufacturers’ warranty we will arrange for repair at an authorised service centre.
What if I wish to return my on-line purchase?
You can return any product you purchase from us for a full refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your goods. In all instances the product must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. If the product has been damaged or has been used then you may be deducted a fee in recognition of this fact.

What is the condition of products that you stock?
We stock both Brand new goods as well as ‘opened box’ and ex-display items. The condition of items is clearly marked on the product page, both in the price box and the product details section. All items include the full one year’s manufacturer’s warranty and you can also purchase additional warranty from us.
What is 'Opened Box'?
Opened Box covers a variety of different product statuses from ex-display and demo models to factory refurbished items or products that have been rejected upon purchase. In the vast majority of instances the only distinguishing feature between an opened box item and completely brand new product is the condition of the outer box. The product itself will be in near perfect condition with little or no visible blemishes. All our opened box products are fully inspected before being dispatched and include the same full manufacturers guarantee as completely sealed items. In addition they are supplied with all accessories unless otherwise stated.
